问题导向的教学模式在管理类课程教学中的有效实施——以《组织行为学》的五年教学探索与实践为例

介绍了《组织行为学》课程教学的PBL模式设计;讨论了五年多实践探索中遇到的主要问题及采取的应对办法;通过问卷调查结果分析了实施效果。文章认为,绝大多数学生能积极接受PBL模式,且PBL模式的教学效果好,特别有助于显著提高男生的学习积极性;PBL模式实施成功与否的关键不在学习传统或者文化影响,而在于教师的意愿、努力程度、实施能力以及学校付酬制度;PBL教学有助于培养管理类学生的实践智力,各高校应在一定范围内,每学期每班选择2~3门课程实施。

Effective Implementation of Problem-based Learning Model in Management Curriculum Teaching——Taking Five Years Exploration and Practice in the Teaching of Organization Behaviors as an Example
