| 摘 要： | 通过对西部8省的乡镇干部、村干部和农户进行调研，对新农村治理的主体及其关系，多元化合作主体的治理功能以及新农村治理模式存在的问题进行研究分析。结论认为选择合理的新农村治理模式，增强多元合作主体的治理功能，完善互动共赢的治理体制机制才能真正促进我国新农村的发展和进步，才能开创我国新农村建设的新局面。
