| 摘 要： | 依法治校的本质是学校管理者在学校管理中体现法治精神 ,并以法律为最高权威。实施依法治校必须从管理体制、具体管理行为等各个方面采取切实可行的办法和措施 ,要注意法与国家政策、法与学校规章制度的有机统一。实施依法治校 ,对学校本身的建设和发展、对我国整体教育水平和综合国力的提高都有重要意义

Running the school by law, we must take practical methods and measures in the management system and other aspects of management. Also, we should integrate the state policy and law with the regulations of the school. To running the school by law can help the school develop and in general help develop the China's educational level and comprehensive national strength. |
