| 摘 要： | 优秀青年流向非公领域是转型时期中国社会流动的一个重要特征.社会控制方式、利益分配机制及社会文化观念的变化是这一新的社会流动发生的社会动因,非公领域的优秀青年对于中国的政治建设具有重要的意义,同时也将对中国的政治发展带来一定的挑战.为适应中国这一社会流动的新趋势,应该加强对非公领域优秀青年的凝聚工作,采取措施切实推进转型时期中国社会的政治整合.

| Abstract: | The diversion of advanced youth to private field in social change era is an important characteristic of Chinese society. The change of social control mode, interest distribution mechanism and social culture ideas is social motive of new society flow and advanced youth in private field is important to China's political construction and will bring challenge to China's political development. In order to accord with the new trend of China's society flow, we should consolidate cohesive work of advanced youth in private field and take measures to promote political cohesion of China society in change era. |
