| 摘 要： | 高校统战工作的制度建设具有根本性、全局性、长期性和稳定性的特点。加强高校统战工作制度建设是贯彻落实党的统战方针政策的必然要求,是高校统战工作顺利开展的根本保证,是高校统战工作适应新形势的迫切需要。加强制度建设要建立党委定期研究统战工作制度,进一步完善党委“双月座谈会制度”,建立留学队员统战工作的制度,建立健全培养选拔党外人士制度,建立健全学校二级单位统战工作制度,建立统战工作考核和奖励制度。

| Abstract: | Institution construction of united front work in higher learning institutions has basic,overall,long-term and stable characteristics.Consolidation of institution construction of united front work in higher learning institutions is the necessary requirement of implementation of the united front policies of the Communist Party,is the basic guarantee for the carrying out the united front work and is urgently needed for united front work to accord with new situation.Consolidation of institution construction should establish the system for the Party Committee to regularly study united front work system,further complete "united front symposium per two months system",establish united front system for the returned overseas students,establish and complete the system for cultivating and selecting non-communist system,establish and complete the united front work system of the secondary departments of a school and establish incentive and examining system for united front work. |
