论高校毕业生就业反馈机制的构建

毕业生就业状况是衡量一所大学办学质量和办学水平的重要指标,构建高校毕业生就业反馈机制,可以引导高校更加积极主动地面向社会经济发展的需求培养人才,促使社会更合理地配置人力资源,避免人才的浪费.笔者从毕业生就业反馈机制的现状出发,分析构建高校毕业生就业反馈机制的必要性,并就如何建立和完善高校毕业生就业反馈机制进行了探讨.

Graduates' employment situation is an important index to measure the quality and cultural level of a university. Feedback mechanism construction for graduates' employment of higher learning can lead a university to actively cultivate the talents which are needed by society and can make society reasonably allocate human resources and avoid wasting talents. This paper discusses the necessity to construct feedback mechanism for graduates' employment of higher learning and how to establish and consummate the feedback mechanism.
