近代以来认识论视野中的中国古代史学

近代以来，西方思想对中国传统史学（中国古代史学）的影响极其深刻地表现在认识论层面。这一层面的影响大致体现出三种途径：一、与中国古代思想交锋，对中国古代史学产生了连带而来的间接影响；二、与历史学结合，在由此产生的历史哲学、历史认识等概念及讨论中，追溯中国古代史学中的相关知识；三、转化为史学理论的相关问题，从史学理论的角度研究中国古代史学。这几种途径既在时间上呈现出一定的阶段性，也在横向意义上从属于不同的层次。无论哪种途径，有关研究与认识都呈现出浅尝辄止的状况，既不利于正确认识中国古代史学，也不利于中国史学在认识论层面的发展。对此，我们需要提高自觉意识。

The study of traditional Chinese historiography in the epistemological perspective since early modern times

Since early modern times, the great influence of the Western thought on traditional Chinese historiography (also known as ancient historiography of China) has found full expression in the epistemological aspect through three research approaches: 1. This contact and conflict between the Western thought and the traditional Chinese historiography resulted in indirect influence on the latter. 2. This epistemological shift exerted much influence on the discussion of historical concepts and philosophy as well as the relation to the relevant knowledge in the traditional Chinese historiography. 3. There was a turn to some theories of historiography in the study of the traditional Chinese historiography. These approaches were both longitudinal and horizontal. However, a superficial study is no good to the correct understanding of traditional Chinese historiography and its epistemological implications, which deserves our attention.
