| 摘 要： | "典"、"典当"、"倚当"、"质"等这些中国古代存在的民事法律行为,在其发展过程中,既存在一定的交叉.也有很大的区别.从中国法制史的角度,对这些民事法律行为关系予以梳理和研究,有助于我们了解中国古代各种民事法律行为的特殊内涵.
