构建民营企业融资支持体系的探讨

近几年,民营企业为我国的经济增长做出了重大贡献。但长期以来困扰民营企业的融资难问题一直没有解决。内源融资比例过高,直接融资渠道不畅已经制约了民营企业的进一步发展。这种融资瓶颈既有企业自身的原因,也有外部因素的影响。民营企业的融资支持体系,需要从提高民企自身素质、加快商业银行体制改革、逐步完善资本市场、政府加大法律支持力度等几个方面不断进行完善。

A Discussion on Constructing the Supporting System for Private Enterprises' Financing

Private enterprises have made great contributions to the economic development in China in recent years.However,private enterprises' difficulties in financing have not been resolved up to now.The fact that the ratio of internal financing is too high and direct financing is difficult has prevented private enterprises from further development.The financing bottlenecks may be caused by either internal reasons or external ones.A comprehensive supporting system for financing private enterprises could be attained by improving their qualities,speeding up the reform of state-owned commercial banks,improving capital market step by step and enhancing the legal support on the part of government.
