江苏传统工艺美术文化产业发展战略研究

近年来，江苏加快了传统工艺美术文化产业的发展，然而问题也随之而来。造成这些问题的因素是多方面的，既有政策不配套等客观原因，也有从业人员的自身因素。对这些问题如果不予以高度重视，不及时解决，将严重影响该产业发展的可持续性。在深入分析现状与问题的同时，应立足于江苏传统工艺美术文化产业的可持续发展，完善法制建设、建立创新机制并培养后备队伍。

A Strategic Study on the Development of Jiangsu Traditional Fine Arts and Crafts Cultural Industry

In recent years, as Jiangsu quickened the development of its traditional fine arts and crafts, which inevitably arouses some relevant problems. These problems were caused by inadequate policies as well as lack of qualified staff. They will affect the sustainable development of cultural industry if not solved timely. Suggestions of how to promote the legal system, building an innovative mechanism and cultivate the team are put forward in line with the status quo and problems and the sustainable development of Jiangsu traditional fine arts and crafts cultural industry.
