摘    要:全球经济一体化、竞争无国界的崭新格局,要求企业以全新理念参与竞争,不再局限于在现有市场内寻求发展,而是通过创造新市场获得成长。价值创新战略通过提高消费价值,让更多的顾客购买产品,使企业获得更多利润。虚拟企业是信息时代为提高市场竞争力所形成的一种战略联盟经济共同体,为了获取竞争中的最大优势,合作各方仅保留自身最关键的功能,最大效率地发挥协同优势,构造强有力的竞争战略联盟。

Abstract:The new pattern of economic globalization and boundaryless competition requires businesses to participate in the competition and develop themselves through creating new markets instead of growing up within the present one. The strategy of value creation aims to increase the consuming value to attract more customers and raise businesses' profit. Virtual businesses are an economic community of strategic alliance formed to enhance competitiveness at the information era. In order to gain the most advantages out of competition, the cooperative parties should merely keep the most essential function, bring into full play the coordinate advantages and build strong strategic alliance of competition.
