小康型乡镇卫生院间医疗资源共享模式探析

目前乡镇卫生院在医疗资源配置中存在人才匮乏、资源配置不合理、服务水平低下、信息化建设滞后、重医轻防等问题,与小康型乡镇卫生院的建设目标存在较大差距。为此,应着力打造乡镇卫生院卫生服务管理集团,积极整合医疗资源,实现乡(镇)村医疗资源一体化运作模式,从而达到乡镇卫生院机构优势互补和资源共享,满足患者的医疗需求。

An Analysis of the Sharing Model of Township Hospitals' Medical Resources

Current township hospitals are troubled with such problems as staff shortage,inadequate resource distribution,low-level service,out-of-date computerization,and stressing cure rather than prevention. There is a huge gap between the existing township hospitals and the ideal hospitals well-off towns and villages are to build.Therefore,health service management group at the township hospital level should be established, and the medical resources integrated and shared that township and village medical resources are operated as one,so that rural patients’ medical needs are satisfied through township hospitals’ sharing of resources and utilizaing each other’s strengths.
