| 摘 要： | 城乡社会保障一体化有助于经济发展方式的转变,以科学发展观为指导,加快社会保障法制建设,加强农村社会保障制度建设,能为城市农民工和失地农民建立相应的社会保障制度,建立社会保障转接机制,为城乡社会保障一体化奠定基础。

| Abstract: | The integration of urban and rural social security,facilitates the transformation economic development mode.To quicken the legislation of social security,enhance the construction of rural social security system,can build a social security system for urban migrant workers and displaced farmers,and construct a transition mechanism between the two systems so that they can be integrated. |
