| Abstract: | At present,the Chinese governance theory consists of three parts：meta-theory,fundamental theory and applied theory.The meta-theory,provides scientific guiding ideology for the formation and development of Chinese governance theory;the fundamental theory currently directs the Chinese governance;the applied theory is the application of the fundamental theory in practice. |
