| Abstract: | The coming of the knowledge based economy age and our country's entry into the WTO offers higher education new opportunity, new challenge and new problems. With the development of the situation, the present society also has some adverse effect on the schools, especially colleges and universities. Therefore, it is very important to build the teachers' virtues. The article puts forward the importance and also some measures for the building of the teachers' virtues from four respects. |
