| Abstract: | Circulation industry is confronted with new challenge with the constant development of the unification of global economy and the approach of China's entry into the WTO. The paper deals with the developing tendency of circulation industry in aspects of constituent of ownership system, organization types and information in net work form, and it inquires into the orientation of circulation industry in China from the aspects such as laws system, structural reforms, e commerce business and industrialization of product flow. |
