| 摘 要： | 新经济时代企业管理走向"知识管理”.文章阐述了"知识管理”的基本概念,认为知识管理的基本职能、知识管理的目标和内容、知识管理的实施措施等,都有别于传统的企业管理,因此,应进一步加强对实施知识管理意义的认识.
