| 摘 要： | 根据安徽省2000--2006年R＆D经费内部支出、科技活动人员投入和GDP的数据，对安徽省科技活动人员和R＆D经费内部支出的投入进行全面分析，并运用灰色相对关联度理论，分析了科技投入与经济增长的关系。结论表明：R＆D经费内部支出和科技人员投入与经济增长存在正相关关系，且R＆D经费内部支出对经济增长有着更为显著的促进作用。

| Abstract: | According to the R＆D internal expenditure, the personnel input of scientific and technological activities and GDP of Anhui province during 2000--2006, this paper analyses the relevant relationship between the economic growth and the input of science and technology by the grey comparative correlation theory. The conclusion indicates that： R＆D internal expenditure and the personnel input of scientific and technological activities have a positive correlation with economic growth, and R＆D internal expenditure plays a more significant role in promoting the economic growth. |
