背景差异对大学生创业态度影响研究

以合肥工业大学全日制在校学生为研究对象，探讨了大学生个人背景特征对创业态度的影响。通过因子分析，对创业态度析出物质追求态度、精神追求态度和社会责任追求态度3个公共因子。多元回归分析表明，性别与精神追求态度存在显著正相关，年级与精神追求态度存在显著负相关，参加创业计划竞赛和成长环境均与社会责任追求态度显著正相关，学习创业类课程与物质追求态度、精神追求态度、社会责任追求态度均显著正相关，攻读学位和参加创业计划竞赛与物质追求态度、精神追求态度、社会责任追求态度均不存在显著相关。

Influence of Background Variables on Undergraduates＂ Entrepreneurial Attitude

The full-time undergraduates in Hefei University of Technology are chosen as research subject. The influence of individual background on undergraduates＂ entrepreneurial attitude is discussed. By the method of factor analysis, three common factors of entrepreneurial attitude are separated, in- cluding attitude towards material pursuit, attitude towards spiritual pursuit and attitude towards so- cial responsibility. The result of multiple regression analysis shows that gender has remarkable posi- tive correlation with the attitude towards spiritual pursuit, while grade has remarkable negative corre- lation with it. Participating business plan contest and the environment in which students grew up have remarkable positive correlation with the attitude towards social responsibility. Studying courses on en- trepreneurship have remarkable positive correlation with all the three common factors, while studying for a degree and wining a prize in a business plan contest both have no remarkable correlation with any of the three common factors.
