大学生创业动机观察与创业收益代价研究——基于对安徽两所工科院校的调研分析

以合肥工业大学和安徽理工大学的在校大学生为调查对象,运用相关分析法和因子分析法得出了大学生创业的三维动机,即崇高追求、现实追求、精神追求;运用模糊综合评判法对大学生创业的期望收益代价进行了评价。在此基础上,文章从高校、社会、国家和家庭等主体的角度提出了支持大学生创业的相关建议。

Exploration into College Students’ Entrepreneurial Motives and Corresponding Benefit and Cost Analysis——A Case Analysis of Two Colleges of Engineering in Anhui Province

This paper,taking college students from Hefei University of Technology and Anhui University of Science and Technology as the research subject,studies their three-dimensional entrepreneurial motives like the noble pursuit,the reality pursuit,and the spiritual pursuit by making correlation analysis and factor analysis.Then a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on college students’ expected entrepreneurial benefits and costs is conducted.On theses bases,the paper proposes relevant advices of supporting college students’ entrepreneurship from four points of view including family,college,society,and nation.
