关于学分制条件下新校区学生管理工作的思考

文章认为应从建构新的育人体制的高度去认识和转变观念,主动适应学分制的实施带来的新情况、新问题和新要求,积极探索管理育人、服务育人的新规律。应将学生的教育管理工作贯穿于教学领域,贯穿于管理服务和校园文化之中,延伸到学生宿舍和网络世界,最终形成由专业教师、专职政工干部、后勤服务人员齐抓共管、共同做好学生德育工作的新局面。

On the management work of students in the new school area with credit system

The authors recommend that we should recognize and change our current education notions on the basis of re-evaluating teaching system and adjust actively to this new situation, new features and new demands of the teaching task and administration of students with the implementation of the credit system and willingly exploit the new methods of educating students by administration as well as by providing service. In addition, the authors think that the teaching task and administration of students in the campus should not only range from the whole field of teaching to the administration and service as well as the campus culture, but also extend to the dormitories and the world of internet. At last it will form a new situation in which professional teachers, full-time administrators and logistic service personnel cooperate to accomplish the moral education of students.
