| 摘 要： | 高校青年教师是国家创新体系的重要力量,加强高校青年教师培养教育是高校师资队伍建设的重中之重。文章提出了新形势下加强高校青年教师培养教育的若干措施,旨在建设一支政治合格、业务优秀、结构优化、素质良好、相对稳定、充满活力和富有创新精神的高素质青年教师队伍。

| Abstract: | The youth teachers of university is the important strength of the national innovative system. Strengthening their cultivating are the most important in building teachers' team. Under the new situation, it should enhance leadership to build a group of youth teachers, who are qualified in politics, excellent in profession, optimizing in structure, fine in quality, relatively steady and full of vigor and innovation. |
