Countermeasures to Strengthen Building of University Teacher Teams in the New Situation

Based on the analysis on current situation and challenge that the building of our university and college teacher teams is faced with, the article puts forward several countermeasures to improve the teacher quality as follows: to advance the structure of the teacher team,to establish vigorous personal mechanism,to widen the sources of teachers,to construct the continuous education system of contemporary teachers,to strengthen the moral building and academic standard,and to promote the corporation and communication between the universities and the outside world.
