| 摘 要： | 公共性是公共管理的基本价值观和实践的根本，但是在强调对以“效率”为核心的管理主义工具运用的新公共管理的改革浪潮中，这种公共性面临着危机。文章以公共管理的视角来审视公共经济管理的公共性偏失问题，并试图提出矫正的建议。

| Abstract: | Public is the basic value and the practice basis of public administration,but in the new public administration reform trend which emphasizes the use of managerialism tools,"efficiency" has become the core values;as a result,public is facing the crisis.This article carefully studies the public-discard problem in public economy management with the view of pubic administration,and attempts to put forward some proposals to revise it. |
