大学生创新能力培养：问题、意义与原则

文章在分析我国大学生创新能力不足的基础上,从建设创新型国家、实施人才强国战略、实现高等教育发展重心转移等角度,论述了培养大学生创新能力的重要性和紧迫性,并结合合肥工业大学的教改实践,提出了培养和提高大学生创新能力的六条实施原则,即;以人为本原则、实践性原则、教研结合原则、激励性原则、开放性原则和环境育人原则.

On Cultivation of Innovation Ability of College Students: Problem, Significance and Principle

Based on analysis about the deficiency in innovation ability of college students of our country,the article discusses the significance and urgency of the innovation ability cultivation of college students from three angles: construction of innovation-type country,actualization of talent strengthening the Nation,and focus shifting of development of higher education.It combines teaching reform practice of Hefei University of Technology and advances six principles that the innovation talents cultivation should follow: the people-oriented principle,the practice principle,the Integrating teaching and research principle,the incentive principle,the openness principle and the environment cultivate people principle.
