| Abstract: | The article first points out that Chinese library modernization is the one geared to the needs of all kinds and levels of the libraries,including the modernization of the software and the hardware.Then discusses the various factors that promote and constrain the library modernization.Last it points out the priority and difficulty in the process of modernization drive of Chinese library and provides solutions. |
