| 摘 要： | 在实际调查的基础上，分析了高校实验室的特点、高校实验室队伍培养的现状以及影响实验室队伍培养的主要因素，并在对高校实验室需求队伍素质进行模型构建的基础上，提出了建立选才、用才、育才等一系列机制，以此提高实验室队伍的整体实力。

| Abstract: | On the basis of practical investigation, this paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of laboratories, the status quo and the major influencing elements of cultivating the laboratory teams in colleges. Besides, based on the mode construction of the laboratory team quality demanded in college, the paper proposes a series of system of how to select, use, and train talents so as to raise the whole strength of the laboratory teams. |
