| 摘 要： | 围绕落实科学发展观、发挥高校校报在构建和谐校园中的作用这一主题，坚持以人为本的理念，针对学生记者队伍这个校报特殊而又具有重要作用的群体的培养问题进行探讨，紧密结合实际，从思想、业务、管理和情感四方面，提出了培养学生记者队伍的具体措施。

| Abstract: | With the focus on implementing the scientific outlook on development and playing the role of campus newspapers in building a harmonious campus, and with adherence to the people-oriented principle, this paper explores the cultivation of the special and important team-student reporters. In the light of reality, specific measures have been put forward in terms of ideology, professional work, management and emotion to cultivate a team of student reporters. |
