基于因子分析的中部六省城镇化质量比较评价研究

城镇化质量问题日益受到政府和有关专家的重视,但是对其内涵往往有不同的理解。文章从城镇发展质量、城镇化效率和城乡协调发展三个维度共30个指标着手,构建了城镇化质量测评体系,然后运用因子分析和聚类分析法,对2012年中部六省城镇化质量进行了实证分析法。结果表明：中部六省城镇化质量呈两极分化现象,山西、江西位于前列,湖南、湖北位居其中,安徽、河南相对滞后。最后结合各省市城镇化水平及聚类分析的结果,进行综合分析评价并得出结论。

Comparison and Evaluation of Urbanization Quality of Six Provinces of Central China Based on Factor Analysis

The urbanization quality problem has increasingly attracted the attention of the government and relevant experts,but the understanding toward its connotation often differs.First,the urbanization quality evaluation system is constructed based on 30analysis indexes in view of the quality of urban development,the efficiency of urbanization and the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.Then the empirical analysis of the urbanization quality of six provinces of central China in 2012 is conducted by using the methods of factor analysis and clustering analysis.The results show that the urbanization quality of six provinces of central China is polarized,Shanxi Province and Jiangxi Province are at the top list,followed by Hunan Province,Hubei Province,Anhui Province and Henan Province.Finally the comprehensive evaluation on the provinces is carried out based on the urbanization level and the clustering analysis results.
