| 摘 要： | 加强大学生心理健康教育是新形势下全面实施素质教育的重要举措之一,也是高校德育工作的重要组成部分。文章结合当代大学生心理健康情况,从外部环境和内部要素等方面分析了其产生原因,进而探讨了新形势下提高大学生心理健康水平的若干途径。

| Abstract: | It is an important method for fulfilling an overall quality education through strengthening college students' psychology health education, which is also a key part of ethic education of colleges. Basing on the state of psychology and health of the modern college students, this paper analyses the causes of several problems from external circumstances and internal factors, and discusses about how to improve the psychology health of the college students. |
