| 摘 要： | 文章在分析我国警官职业教育面临五个方面矛盾的基础上,提出只有倡导以"能力本位"为核心的人才培养模式,更新办学理念、突出办学特色,不断完善教学内容和课程体系,加快"双师型"师资队伍培养以及专业实验室和实习、实训基地建设,走产学研相结合的办学之路,才能不断完善现行警官职业教育与市场的"对接",进而提高毕业生的社会竞争力.

| Abstract: | Baseed upon analysis on the contradictions in 5 aspects that the police officers' vocational education is confronted with in our country,this article points out that we may improve the social competitive power of the graduates,only by advocating ability-based patterns of talents cultivation,renewing the conception of running college,stressing its characteristics,gradually improving the content of courses and course system,accelerating training of "dual-type" teacher,establishing professional laboratory and practical base,running college in the way of combining production with research so as to make the education and market dovetail. |
