学术期刊分级问题研究

文章认为决定期刊级别的主要因素,有以下几个方面:学术期刊主办单位在国际国内的学术地位,很大程度上决定其主办的学术期刊水平和档次;学术期刊社会效益和经济效益的高低,也是确立学术期刊学术水平和级别的客观依据;培养人才的情况、学术期刊发行量的大小、学术期刊装帧、编排、校对、印刷质量问题,是确立学术期刊级别的不可缺少的指标;学术期刊创办历史的长短也应是确立学术刊物级别的一项标准;特别是学术期刊发表论文的转载率和影响因子是评价学术刊物级别的重要标准。论文对上述问题进行了分析和论证,并提出学术期刊分级应掌握的方法。

A study on the rating of academic journals

The main factors which affect the rating of periodicals are as follows:1. The academic statue of the sponsors at home and abroad is to a great extent decisive in the matter; 2. Social and economic performance is also an objective basis;3. Education of the talented person;4. Circulation of the journals ,binding and layout, edition, proofreading and the quality of printing are also necessary, important elements of the overall quality;5. The history is also a good criterion, especially the ratio of reprinting the papers. This paper aims to analyze and demonstrate the problems above. Besides, it also provides some methods for conducting the ratings.
