| Abstract: | Timeliness is a key factor to the development of college journal.The causes of impacting the timeliness in paper publication are discussed from three perspectives,namely,the system,the contribution types and the paper evaluation.Then,based on the current situation,the countermeasures are given so as to improve the timeliness and ensure a sound orderly development of college journals.Experience shows that these countermeasures are feasible. |
