| 摘 要： | 坚持党建带团建是贯彻江总书记"三个代表"思想的重要措施,是当前高校党团组织认真履行"三个代表"思想的重要体现.文章从坚持党建带团建的必要性、如何坚持党建带团建及在"带"的过程中如何发挥高校基层团组织作用几个方面做了论述,并指出在"带"的过程中应注意的两个问题.

| Abstract: | Combining Party construction with that of League is an important measure to carry out the Three Representives' proposed by President Jiang.Besides,it's a vital reflection of the Party and the League's putting the thought into practice on campus. This paper deals with the important role played by the Party and League organization in the following aspects:the necessity of combining the Party construction with that of League and the way to carry the practice as well as how to bring the role to the full play during the combination. In addition ,two aspects needing to be paid attention to have also been pointed out. |
