摘    要:基于工科类专业课程的特点,针对目前高校青年教师在课堂教学特别是教案编写及教学设计中存在的问题,提出了工科类专业课程教案设计的要点;并结合自身的教学实践,以电子科学与技术专业课程中的"离子注入的工艺过程"教学内容为例,给出了教学设计实例,以期为工科类专业课的教案设计和编写提供参考。

Abstract:In view of the existing problems in the classroom teaching especially the teaching plan w rit‐ing and the teaching design among young teachers in universities and colleges ,this paper puts forward the key factors in teaching plan design of engineering courses according to the characteristics of these courses .Based on the teaching experience on the course of electronic science and technology specialty , an example about the teaching design of ion implantation process is presented .The results obtained are valuable for the design and w riting of teaching plan of engineering courses .
