基于SFA的我国医药制造行业技术创新效率研究

摘    要:以我国医药制造行业为研究对象,选取了全国31个省、市、自治区2001-2005年的面板数据,通过基于对数型柯布-道格拉斯生产函数的随机边界生产函数模型(SFA),客观地估计了我国医药制造行业各省市五年来总的技术创新效率;研究结果表明,我国医药制造行业的技术创新效率总体呈现大幅上升的趋势,但效率值较低,东、中、西部地区技术创新效率接近,但导致效率不高的原因大不相同。所以,国家应加强宏观调控,企业应增强知识产权意识,各区域间应相互取长补短,加强合作。

Abstract:This paper uses a panel data of 31 provinces over the period 2001-2005, and applies the stochastic frontier production function on Cobb -Douglas production function to investigate the efficiency of regional innovation systems of Chinese medicine manufacturing. The Empirical results suggest that the average efficiency was increasing in the past five years, though the average efficiency is low; at the same time, the efficiency of every area is contiguous, but the reason is differently. Every area should learn to each other and enhance the cooperation.
