| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,但由于辅导员承担着大量繁琐的学生日常管理事务,导致其思想政治教育工作严重缺位。文章通过对辅导员工作的问卷调查,描述了辅导员在高校思想政治教育中的现实状况,分析了辅导员在高校思想政治教育工作中缺位的成因,并提出了解决辅导员在高校思想政治教育工作中缺位问题的对策建议。

| Abstract: | University instructors are the backbone of the ideological and political education in universities.However,they spend much time on complicated routine administrative matters on students,which leads to their absence in the ideological and political education.Based on the questionnaire survey in this respect,this paper analyzes the statues quo and causes of the absence of instructors in the ideological and political education in universities,and puts forward some possible solutions. |
