| 摘 要： | 普通高校推进素质教育,既给高校体育改革和发展创造了大环境,也使体育工作面临新的挑战和机遇.文章就普通高校增加体育基础设施投资、转变体育观念、培养体育意识,改变以竞技体育为主的课程模式等情况进行了阐述.

| Abstract: | The promotion of quality education a tertiary l evel provides both the environment for the reform and development of institution s of higher learning and brings new challenges and opportunities for the PE educ ation in the course of advancing quality education. The paper discusses and cove rs the following aspects such as the increment of investment in basic facilities of PE, changes of PE concepts, awareness of PE education, and changes of race-o riented course designs. |
