| 摘 要： | 对我国证券市场在改革开放中所发挥的作用进行了概括,总结了我国证券市场存在的因公司治理缺陷带来的各种问题,指出应该用全面、发展的眼光来看待我国证券市场存在的问题,最后提出了解决当前我国证券市场问题的政策性建议。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the role securities market has ever played during the process of reform and opening-up and its problems arising from defects in the administration of listing companies; then suggests that these difficulties should be solved in a comprehensive and developing way. At last, the paper puts forward some suggestions to solve problems facing securities market in terms of policies. |
