| Abstract: | The Scientific Outlook on Development is the central manifestation of worldview and methodology which stresses a comprehensive,balanced and sustainable development that is people-orientated.It is necessary to study and practice the idea of scientific development in order to promote the development of the university journal.So efforts should be made to improve the quality of papers,enhance the make-up of editors,and promote the institutional innovation and so on. |
