论高校服务型行政的内涵与方向

我国的高校行政具有浓厚的政府行政和管理主义的色彩。基于公共行政领域兴起的从管制行政趋于服务行政潮流的方兴未艾、计划经济转向市场经济后高校办学体制和办学环境面临重大转轨、高校育人事业存在着终极人文特性等现状,文章分析认为,服务型行政应是新的历史条件下高校行政的内涵及发展方向,我国高校行政应努力向服务型行政转变。

On Content and Direction of Service-oriented University Administration

Chinese university administration possesses the nature of government administration and managerialism.However,in the realm of public administration,the change from regulation administration to service-oriented administration is on the rise;with the transformation of planned economy to market economy,the running system and environment of Chinese universities has significantly changed;the higher education always has a favor on the ultimate concern of human.In such conditions,service-oriented administration should be the content and direction of university administration.Chinese university administration should try hard to take a turn to service-oriented administration.
