| 摘 要： | 文章分析了纸质信息媒体与电子出版物在现代社会交流中各自的个性及其共性,以及在信息传递过程中的优势和劣势,指出电子出版物作为新型的传媒在阅读方式、知识产权、学术地位以及载体与信息保护等方面的问题,并提出了在版权法、生产规格标准等方面的解决办法。

| Abstract: | By comparison of the information media in paper with electronic publications,this paper analyses the two individuality and commonness in modern social communication and their advantages and the disadvantages in the process of information transmission respectively.Then the paper points out the problems of the electronic publications in terms of reading;intellectual property,academic status and the protection of carrier and information as a new type of media and puts forward the solutions to the problems mentioned above in the aspects of copyright and the standards of production specifications. |
