影响电子邮寄问卷回收率因素之研究

电子邮寄问卷成本低、方便、迅速,成为调查研究的有力工具.虽然其回复率与拒答题项与传统问卷差异不大,但在涵盖误差、抽样误差、测量误差、非回应误差等项上仍应进一步检视,才不致造成推论时的偏误.本研究采取准实验设计,以检视影响电子邮寄问卷回收率的相关因素.研究发现,问卷长短、亲密用语、性别、年龄、是否为学生等因素的影响都不显著,与受访者的亲疏程度才是最主要的影响因素.

Study of the Retrieval Rate of Email Questionnaire

Email questionnaire,a money-saving,convenient and fast way of investigation,does not differ too much from conventional questionnaire,but much is to be improved in such aspects as coverage error,sample error,mea- surement error and non-reply error etc so as to make it a flaw-free reasoning basis.The present study analyses some elements that affect the retrieval rate of email questionnaire,and concludes that the length of the questionnaire,terms of intimacy,gender,age and whether the replier is a student,etc.are not determinant elements and that the major determinant element is whether the replier and the questionnaire distributor are intimate enough.
