| 摘 要： | 在分析目前制约我国高校行政管理工作效率因素的基础上,重点探讨了提高高校行政管理水平和工作效率的途径,认为高校行政管理必须适应知识经济时代的挑战和高校有序发展的需要而进行创新性变革,即从更新管理理念、建设高素质的行政管理干部队伍、加快行政管理的科学化和现代化、完善行政管理机制诸方面实现高校行政管理效益的最大化.
