| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来,我国许多地区开始借鉴西方发达国家新公共管理的经验,并结合本地区实际,进行了政府绩效评价的探索和尝试,取得了一定的成果.本文分四个阶段对我国地方政府绩效评价实践进行了简单的回顾,在理论研究的基础上概括为四种模式:甘肃模式、青岛模式、思明模式和珠海模式,并对这四种模式的本质、特点、适用条件、发展与完善等进行了初步探析.

| Abstract: | Since the 1990s,many places in China have tried to evaluate the performance of the government of their regions using an evaluation system imported from the West.The present paper investigates the four typical models of government performance evaluation:the Gansu Model,the Qingdao Model,the Siming Model,and the Zhuhai Model.Special attention is paid to the nature,characteristics,conditions and evolution of each of them. |
