| 摘 要： | 产业集群理论在初步形态的基础上打破了传统产业经济学的分析方法,形成了产业集群理论的新进展.主要表现在:从创新环境角度研究产业集群,从知识扩散的角度研究产业集聚现象,从社会资本角度研究产业集群等.产业集群理论的新进展对产业集聚现象的解释提供了理论工具,为区域产业竞争力的形成提供了新的分析思路,为区域产业发展政策的制定提供了新的方法.产业集群理论的新进展对我国区域经济发展和区域产业政策的制定具有重要启示:以产业集群为途径,提高我国的区域产业竞争优势;以产业集群为载体,不断提高区域经济的竞争能力;研究中国产业集群的一般规律,促进区域产业集群的成长;培育新的区域合作机制,创造产业集群的形成基础.

| Abstract: | The industrial cluster theories are currently transcending their beginning stages and tending to have such new characteristics: the study of industrial cluster from the perspective of an innovative environment, the study of the industrial accumulation from the perspective of the dissemination of knowledge, and the study of industrial cluster from the perspective from the perspective of the social capital. The new theories provide entirely new approaches to the explanation of industrial accumulation, industrial competition, and the legislation in industrial development, and are thus of significant import in both the academic world and the practical industrial activities in China. |
