| 摘 要： | 文章以马克思主义理论为指导，对警察起源这一重要的理论课题做了较全面的探讨。认为警察的起源从形式上看， 继承了自然状态下人类生活方式的某些因素。但从本质上讲， 真正的警察从其产生之时起就必然包含着阶级统治的政治内容。并对警察现象的产生过程， 早期的警察形态及历史特征和意义做了客观的评价分析

| Abstract: | Under the guidance of the Marxist theory the paper tends to make an overall exploration of the important subject of police origin. It holds that the police origin in form shares certain elements of human being's life in natural situation, but in essence the real police is politically characterized by the class domination from its very beginning. Moreover, the paper objectively analyzes and evaluates the development of police, its early form, historical characteristics and its significance. |
