哈贝马斯与康德、黑格尔的伦理观

康德与黑格尔伦理学分别代表着近代伦理学的两个不同方向。哈贝马斯更多地属于康德伦理学传统。商谈伦理学放弃了康德两个王国的学说,克服了康德的内在的、独白式伦理观点,将普遍化原则与论证原则相结合,因而在哈贝马斯看来,黑格尔对康德伦理学的形式主义、抽象普遍主义,应当的软弱以及信念恐怖主义的批判并不适于商谈伦理学。但商谈伦理学与康德伦理学却同样面临实践有效性的难题。

Habermas and the Ethics of Kant and Hegel

Kant and Hegel respectively led the two different directions of modern ethics,and Harbermas was more inclined to the former. Discourse Ethics abandoned Kant's doctrine of Two Kingdoms,overcame his intrinsic,soliloquizing point of ethics,and combined the univer- sal principle with the proving principle. So Hegel's critique on formalism,abstract universal- ism, the weakness of "ought to",and faith terrorism in Kant's Ethics, to Harbermas, didn't apply to Discourse Ethics. But Discourse Ethics and Kant's Ethics were both confronted with the difficulty of validity in practice.
