| 摘 要： | 通过对农村可再生能源开发和利用的经济效益、生态效益、社会和环卫效益的分析,揭示了在农村发展可再生能源,不仅可以改良土壤、增加农民收入,而且有利于水土保持和生态环境的改善,是建设社会主义新农村的重要途径,也是发展农业生态经济的必然选择,并针对目前农村可再生能源开发利用中存在的问题,提出了相应的解决办法.

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the economic profit,ecological benefit and the social and environmental interest of using renewable energy in China's rural areas,pointing out that the use of such energy sources may improve the quality of the soil,increase the income of the farmers,maintain the healthy conditions of the soil and water resources and develop the agro-ecology of the whole country. |
