| 摘 要： | WTO有关环境权利义务规则涉及很多方面,这些环境权利义务的行使将造成绿色贸易壁垒,限制某些领域的贸易。作为WTO成员国,这些规则对我国有利有弊,我们应及时在制度上和实践中提出相应的措施,以促进我国的贸易和环境建设。

| Abstract: | The paper holds that some of the rights and obligations regulations of the WTO concerning the environment are likely to create trade obstacles in certain areas, and that, as a WTO member nation, China needs to come up with corresponding measures in system and practice in order to promote its trading and environmental construction. |
